All orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your Jinkle is on the way.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
Tracking
All orders come with tracking. If you haven't received your tracking number, please check your email (including junk/spam) or contact us.
Address issues
Please ensure your address is entered correctly. We're unable to replace or refund orders sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Return and refund policy
We want you to love your Jinkle - if something isn't right we're here to help.
Returns & exchanges
We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as your Jinkle is unused, undamaged and in its original condition. Change-of-mind returns are welcome, however return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we'll replace it at no cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photo so we can resolve it quickly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.
Please note: we are unable to issue refunds for items lost in return transit, so we recommend using tracked postage.

While Jinkle is made using durable materials, users are responsible for ensuring the product is properly closed, secured, and attached before use. Jinkle does not guarantee protection against loss, theft, or damage to items stored within the product.
Users should regularly inspect their Jinkle for signs of wear or damage and discontinue use if the product becomes compromised.
Jinkle is not responsible for damage to jewellery, devices, or persoal items stored inside the product.
Safety:
Jinkle is not a toy. Adult supervision is recommended when used by children. Small parts may present a choking or safety risk if misused.
